6:30 Wake up.
7:15 Lemon cleansing drink.
7:30 Yoga/Stretch Class. Meditation.
8:30 Breakfast (power drink, fruit, cereal).
9:00 Exhilarating, scenic, challenging 5-15 mile hike.
*Distance and pace is geared toward each individual's fitness level and ability.

1:00 Lunch on trail
2:30-5:00 Return to accommodations
3:00-6:00 Massages begin: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Optional activities: Siesta/free time; jacuzzi, swimming, fishing, bike riding, horseback riding, tennis, whitewater rafting, hot springs, snorkel, and scuba.
5:00 Muscle toning/stretch class
7:30-8:00 Candlelight dinner
8:30 Evening activities
Optional evening activities include motivational and inspirational lectures on; mind, body, spirit; wellness; mindfulness; food sensitivities; detoxification; eating for weight control, vitality and high energy; cooking classes; stress management; visualization and focusing; local botany, geology and history; drumming and dance workshops; Indian sweat lodges and ceremony; and cultural excursions. Other evenings will be devoted to group discussions and laughter.
Check-in varies with each location but is approximately 2 pm Sunday and departs 11 am Saturday.
